* After abortion what not to do?

There are certain things that you are not supposed to do after abortion

1. You will be advised not to put anything into the vagina for 14 days i.e. no tampons, no vaginal intercourse, bathing or swimming.

2. Do not do any heavy work as you wait to recover fully. But you should be okay very shortly.

3. You can discuss the issue with a close friend if you feel guilty after abortion. It is a good way to unburden yourself.

4. You will get pregnant within a month of abortion. Please practice safe sex as rule – contraceptives, condoms ets. Should be a must.

 

* How safe is abortion?
